Cosme killed 21

Last Saturday, a storm named Cosme brought in a heavy downpour and a strong gust of wind to Northern Luzon. It managed to kill 21 people and injure 9 others. The Philippines is now entering its monsoon season of the year. This article continues to discuss the results of the affected areas by Cosme and how the crops and food are managing.
